A high-traffic sports fantasy platform with live scoring and real-money deposits and withdrawals, built at Logix Built Solutions.

## The problem

Thousands of people needed live scores during games, plus real-money deposits and withdrawals. Traffic surged when events started, and a payment bug would mean lost money and lost trust.

## What I did

1. **Real-time scoring.** Socket.io pushes live score updates to thousands of clients at once.
2. **Two payment rails.** PayPal and Authorize.net, reconciled against each other.
3. **Transaction integrity.** Atomic wallet operations, so balances never drift under concurrent writes.
4. **Spikes.** Tuned for the traffic surge at the start of live events.
5. **Limits.** Server-side validation on every money movement.
