A multi-tenant, white-label form builder: describe a form in one plain sentence and get a complete, branded, working form, with e-signatures and server-side token caps that keep AI costs flat.

## The problem

Form tools were rigid, generic or priced for enterprise, and none used AI to remove field-by-field building. The output also had to be reliable enough for paying tenants: a strict, valid schema every time.

## What I did

1. **Prompt to schema.** A tightly constrained OpenAI prompt returns a strict JSON form schema, validated on the server before anything renders.
2. **Tenant isolation.** Row-level security in Supabase and PostgreSQL keeps each workspace’s forms, submissions and branding apart.
3. **One renderer.** A single white-label renderer turns any schema into a branded, responsive form, with no custom code per customer.
4. **Signatures and audit.** Signature capture and submission storage with audit timestamps for compliance-sensitive forms.
5. **Cost control.** Cached schemas and tuned prompts keep the token cost of each generation predictable.
