AI form builder
A multi-tenant, white-label form builder: describe a form in one plain sentence and get a complete, branded, working form, with e-signatures and server-side token caps that keep AI costs flat.
Forms in seconds, not minutes
The problem
Form tools were rigid, generic or priced for enterprise, and none used AI to remove field-by-field building. The output also had to be reliable enough for paying tenants: a strict, valid schema every time.

What I did
Prompt to schema
A tightly constrained OpenAI prompt returns a strict JSON form schema, validated on the server before anything renders.
Tenant isolation
Row-level security in Supabase and PostgreSQL keeps each workspace’s forms, submissions and branding apart.
One renderer
A single white-label renderer turns any schema into a branded, responsive form, with no custom code per customer.
Signatures and audit
Signature capture and submission storage with audit timestamps for compliance-sensitive forms.
Cost control
Cached schemas and tuned prompts keep the token cost of each generation predictable.
What it does
- Forms generated from one sentence
- E-signatures with audit timestamps
- Liveness check before sensitive submissions
- Location capture and address fields
- Media and file uploads
- Save and return later, one-time links
