## How a project runs

1. **Audit.** Week one. A written risk report on security, tenancy, payments and AI cost.
2. **Stabilise.** Fix what breaks first: rate limits, isolation, payout state, token caps.
3. **Ship.** Features in two-week sprints, every decision written down.
4. **Own or hand over.** Stay on as your engineer, or hand over code the next person can read.
